Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Kit-Cat Klock purchase; if your clock isn't wagging its tail just right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Klock

  Carefully place the clock and all original components back into the original box with protective padding to ensure it arrives safely back at our workshop.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the provided return shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
